The Katana is a Japanese sword used by the samurai.

This katana is made by a traditional forge specialized in the creation of high quality Japanese weapons with an exclusive design.

This katana has a sharpened blade with fuller, a black and brown braided handle with a silver "Komainu" Lion guardian, a black dragonfly wing guard (Tsuba) with gold sprinkles and a beautiful wooden scabbard (Saya) with a brown resistant coating with a snake scale pattern.

This katana has a Kashira (end of the handle) decorated with flowers.
This katana is also decorated with black flowers on a black background on its Fushi (part between the guard and the handle).

This katana can be used for cutting training.

High manganese stainless steel blades are made of an alloy steel containing 12-14% manganese.
This type of steel is often considered the ultimate hardened steel: these blades are known for their resistance to rust, impact, abrasion and are sharp and flexible at the same time. Ideal for cutting training.

"Genbu" is the name of the black turtle from the four totem animals of Sino-Japanese mythology.
