Several shipping methods are available, each method has his own shipping period and his own rate.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are automaticaly calculated. It is based on the number of parcels, the total weight and the delivery address. The system will only propose the methods available for your delivery country and suitable for the type of products that you order (voluminous items can not be shipped with standard shipping method).

Delivery and delay

Delay often happens during December and January. It is because of the world postal volume which is much higher at this period of this year. Also, delay can happen for particular reason (weather, strike, ...).

In case of delay, please first contact your local post office and give them your parcel number. They should be able to inform you about the status of your parcel..
