What is the status of my order ?

Some of our products are sold under procurement lead time. In other words, we do not have the product in stock on at our warehouse, and we must order it at our supplier before sending it to you.
The availability period is always clearly indicated (in the form of working days or a date) on the product description sheep and in your shopping cart.

Before your order is shipped, you have to count:

The availability of the different shipping methods depends on the delivery address and the products ordered (there are shipping constraints for voluminous or heavy products).

What is your return / exchange policy ?

Return and exchange during 30 days
  • Starting from the delivery of the goods, if the product is exchangeable, you have 30 days to proceed to an exchange or a refund
  • The products that can not be exchanged are customized products and products that have a hygienic constraint (mouth guards, ...). It is indicated onm the product page
  • Make sure to protect well the products you ship back, and wrap them up in the same way you received them
Exchange in shared cost
  • For an exchange or a return, the shipping fees to return the products are your responsibility
  • We pay for the shipping fees of the product(s) to replace with, only for a first exchange (one exchange per order), and only for Metropolitan France and border countries, and excluding shipping by carrier (Schenker)
Return and refund
  • We refund 100% of the value of the returned product
  • If all the products of the order are returned we also refund shipping fees of the order for a delivery in Metropolitan France

Are exchanges free ?

For a return or echange, the shipping fees of the return parcel are your responsability.

We pay for the shipping fees of the product(s) to replace with, only for a first exchange (one exchange per order), and only for Metropolitan France and border countries, and excluding shipping by carrier (Schenker).

When will I get my refund ?

The processing time for reimbursement is of 30 days. In case of a change or a modification in the order, the reimbursement will be done after order shipment (or the shipment of all of the products in the order should there be separated shipments).

How can I sell your products ?

For resellers, retailers and whole-sellers which main activity is the selling of sport equipments of combat sports or martial arts, we propose special prices on the majority of our catalog.

In order to benefit those prices, you must have a company registered in your national registry of trade.

Step 1:
First, you must create an account and input your complete invoicing address.

Step 2:
In order to verify your company inoformation, you must send us by email the following information :
  • Your VAT number and company registration number
  • Official document stating your activity of sport equipments reseller
  • A proof of your activity in trading martial arts or combat sports equipments (website or physical address of your shop)
