Speed bags, Punching Balls

Whether you're training to become a world champion boxer or just to develop your fitness, nothing beats kicking a ball. Initially, it may seem difficult to kick the ball quickly and consistently, but it takes patience and diligence to get there.

The speed bulb, like the kicking ball, takes the form of a small bag filled with air or water, covered with a protective layer usually made of leather attached at the top to a fixed or removable platform.
The speed pear allows fighters to improve their hand-eye coordination, while working on their endurance and speed of striking.
In addition to coordination and speed, the speed bulb allows work on timing, encourages keeping hands up and helps develop good reflexes.
