Hand pads, Focus mitts

Boxing, in general, is a physical activity that involves cardio.
During a workout, a wide range of equipment can be used to help perfect your skills.

Focus mitts work allows for intense work that gets the heart rate up quickly.
This exercise promotes muscle toning, engaging the cardio.
Focus mitts are targets that will allow you to train striking techniques as they are carried by your partner. You will be able to work on mobility, speed and reactivity much more than when you train with a punching bag. This way, you will perfect your punching techniques.

The small size of the bag allows you to work on your mobility, speed and reactivity.

Thanks to its small size and light weight, focus mitts offer more mobility unlike paos or shields.
In addition, they allow you to adjust your distance from your partner, while working on dodges and moves.
