Rashguards, Compression

What's a rashguard?

The Rashguard (also named the compression shirt) is a t-shirt specially designed to help you practice martial arts. br/> It is like a second skin, allowing you to enjoy total freedom of movement and great flexibility.

What is it for?

A rashguard but what for?
We tell you everything!
These compression shirts :

• aim to reduce your blood clots
• facilitate blood flow
• allow better evacuation of perspiration
• protect the skin from tatami burns
• improve the evacuation of toxins stored during exercise
• prevent muscle tears (or any other injury)

Compression garments are made of highly technical, elastic and graduated compression fabrics that fit the different parts of the body and improve blood circulation. Compression garments are designed to improve performance while accelerating recovery. As you will have understood, we are dealing with a " medicinal clothing!"

Did you know that?

Rashguards are inspired by medical compression garments! In fact, they work in the same way as compression stockings.
In fact, research conducted by Newcastle University has proven that lower body compression garments increase blood flow and reduce heart rate during endurance running, supporting the theory that compression socks should improve performance.
