This punching bag has a top and bottom spring. Each spring can be locked in place to train in several different ways: with one pivot point at the top, one at the bottom, or both pivot points at the same time.

Having two pivot points at the same time really challenges your accuracy and reflexes: They move at different speeds and are much more unpredictable. Ideal for practicing footwork and dodging, the Punching Ball's movements resemble those of a real opponent.
