Katana Bushido, Sekiun - Sharpened

The Katana is a Japanese sword used by the samurai.

This katana is made by a traditional forge specialized in the creation of high quality Japanese weapons with an exclusive design.

This katana has a sharpened blade, a black braided handle with underneath a red ray skin cloth on which is fixed a golden Komainu (guardian Lion from the Japanese culture), a bronze colored guard (Tsuba) decorated with foliage and a beautiful black lacquered wooden scabbard (Saya) with red glints.

This katana has a copper-plated Kashira (end of the handle) decorated with flowers.
This Katana is also decorated with copper flowers on its Fushi (part between the guard and the handle).

This katana can be used for cutting training.

High manganese stainless steel blades are made of an alloy steel containing 12-14% manganese.
This type of steel is often considered the ultimate hardened steel: these blades are known for their resistance to rust, impact, abrasion and are sharp and flexible at the same time. Ideal for cutting training.

"Sekiun" means "red clouds" in Japanese.
