The speed parachute is an interesting accessory to complete your training. It is useful in all sports requiring running.

Simple to use, it allows you to develop your resistance, improve your speed and acceleration power and increase your endurance. Simply attach the parachute to your waist, then in the two or three strides following an explosive start, it will inflate automatically and come to play a "weight" role. The faster you go, the more the parachute inflates.

The speed parachute can be used both indoors and outdoors. For more difficulty, it can be combined with a weighted vest.

Integrated panels prevent strings from tangling and stabilize the parachute. The size is adjustable thanks to its quick release buckle.
