Swing rope Premium, Cross training - Battle Rope, Sveltus

This Premium swing rope is similar to the classic Battle rope, however it offers improved resistance with its nylon coating, ideal for intensive outdoor or indoor use. Its handles are molded, comfortable and ergonomic.

Just like the traditional rope, it offers great resistance and allows a multitude of intense exercises by soliciting several muscle groups simultaneously. Thanks to this rope, test your endurance, strength and power with core work.

How to choose your swing rope?

Choose a thick rope if you want accentuated work on grip and strength.
Choose a long rope if you want power-oriented work.
Choose a thinner rope if you want to work frequently.

Some examples of exercises to do with the Battle Rope :

The whip: Back straight, chest sheathed, then raise and lower both ends of the rope simultaneously, and this as firmly and quickly as you can. The waves created on the string will therefore be identical (the two strings move simultaneously from top to bottom and vice versa).

The wave: use the same principle as the whip, however you have to raise and lower your arms alternately so that each of your hands comes to create waves shifted from one side to the other.

The slam: same principle as the wave, but horizontally: your arms now go from left to right and from right to left and always alternately.
The circles: this time move the strings simultaneously with large circular movements: the right hand counterclockwise, the left hand clockwise, then reverse.

Lunges: by performing the wave exercise, add difficulty by descending in alternating slits without interrupting your arm movement. Watch out for synchronization!
