9 Ring Broadsword - Rigid

The Tang Heng Dao is a straight Dao wielded with one hand, equipped with a scabbard with a two-point suspension system influenced by Sassanid swords.

The Double Dragons Sui Dao is inspired by a rare Sui Dynasty (581 - 618) Dao in the Weapons and Armor Collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.

This sword is an identical replica of a rare, well-preserved Song Hand Dao. It has a longer handle so that the Dao can be wielded with two hands if necessary.

Yan Ling Dao marks a transition from traditional straight blade Chinese Dao to curve Dao. The blade is mostly straight with a smooth curve towards the tip of the blade. Many original specimens came with an upper edge and 1-2 fullers. Yan Ling Dao is suitable for both cavalry and infantry and was popular in late Ming and early Qing dynasty.

Duilian / Xunlian Jiu Huan Dao Technical information: Blade length 50cm.

Rigid blade made of carbon and manganese steel, coppered and wooden parts are covered with black patina. Made in Longquan forges. This is a Taiji broadsword, Yang style.
