This series is compiled by the Wushu Research Institute Of The General Administration of Sport of China, it presents the «duanwei» (grade) system established by the Chinese Wushu Federation.

The book is written in Chinese mandarin, and illustrated with colored pictures, it also includes 2 DVD.

Each book is specialized in a style or a weapon of Chinese martial art:

• Introduction : rapid historical presentation for this particular style or weapon, basic technical and principal of the movements, technical and positions for this style.
• One chapter for each grade (duanwei), and each chapter divided as following:
  • Basic forms
  • «Danlian Taolu» detail of the routine (one person)
  • «Dui Da Taolu» detail of the routine (two persons, fight situation)
  • «Chai Zhao» advanced technical.
• Annex : Credits, schools and institution who have helped for this book.
