Ribbed surface with non-slip Diamond Plate Pattern and smooth enough to work on the floor. The Diamond Plate Pattern provides good grip without being too abrasive.

The 1 cm thickness is suitable for disciplines that do not involve falls. It is suitable for classic floor work (warming up, yoga, stretching, muscle strengthening, etc.). If your practice involves frequent falls, such as in judo, you should then choose thicker tatami mats (4 cm).
