Kitchen knife with forged damascus steel blade, made of 3 layers of steel : central is made of hard steel 10Cr15Mov to improve cutting durability, and both side are made of 67 flakes of damas steel to improve flexibility. The Cobalt compound in these damas steel enhances colors reflections. Very sharpen blade, and very resistant (hardness 60+-2 HRC). Handle made of high pressure moulded resin to make a solid cohesion with blade.
