XL Punching Dummy – Thor, NineStars®

The Thor punching dummy is a complete training partner, ideal for practicing Sanda, MMA, boxing, karate, or mixed martial arts. Made of high-density elastic silicone, it replicates the shape and resistance of a real opponent while ensuring excellent durability.

With its full human shape (110 cm in height), this dummy allows you to train all striking zones: head, torso, ribs, and abdomen. Its inner structure made of compressed foam effectively absorbs impacts, while the resistant silicone surface reproduces the feeling of a real fight.

Adjustable in height from 170 to 210 cm, it suits all sizes and training styles, perfect for both children and adults.
Its stable base (68 × 65 cm) can be filled with water (≈100 kg) or sand (≈160 kg) to ensure perfect stability, even during powerful strikes.
