Boxing base with a multi-target system mounted on spring-loaded rods for greater comfort. The large target at the bottom allows you to train low/medium kicks. Ideal for boxing gyms or home training. This is a product designed for light and medium kicks, not for absorbing heavy kicks (in which case we advise you to go for classic punching bags).

These targets are designed to help you master fast sequences, agility and precision.
