Multi-target Kick & Boxing Station | NineStars®

The NineStars boxing base is equipped with a multi-target system mounted on spring rods, providing optimal comfort for the practitioner. The large lower target allows training for low and medium kicks.

Ideal for boxing gyms and home training, this base is designed for light to medium strikes. It is not suitable for heavy strikes. For such use, we recommend opting for traditional punching bags.

These targets are perfect for improving fast combinations, agility, and precision.
