This bag is ideal for working on strength, power and agility. Its ballast is adjustable, thanks to 4 ballast bags to be filled with a very dense material such as sand. Each small bag can ballast up to 4 kg, i.e. 16 kg of total ballast.

The Power Bag has 6 handles for an effective grip. The outer casing is resistant and ensures a long service life.
