This 200 cm Olympic barbell made of chrome steel is ideal for cross training, weightlifting, powerlifting and weightlifting for professional use. It allows you to perform deadlifts, squats and presses.

The red bar and the blue bar have a cerakote coating, for a better touch and a longer lifespan.

Available in several colors: pink (cerakote), sky blue and orange.

Care advice:

- Cleaning the bar: Chalk and your perspiration can cause rust spots on the bar, especially on the knurling (hand grip). It is essential to clean your bar with a brush after each use for individuals, and once or twice a week for professionals.

Note: Bars with Cerakote coatings are less affected, as they are extremely resistant to corrosion and rust.

- Oiling the bearings: Once or twice a year, it is essential to oil your bearings with a liquid oil so that they keep their fluidity.
