Chrome bar available in 3 different lengths. Compact and perfectly balanced, it can be used in the gym or at home. Compatible with the cross training cage (175 and 220 cm). For 50 mm Olympic discs. 2 inlaid non-slip grips. 2 brass rings and 2 needle bearings. 2 disc stops included. NON-DROP BAR

Maintenance :

- Cleaning the bar: Magnesia and your perspiration can cause rust spots on the bar, especially at the knurling (hand grip). It is essential to clean your bar with a brush after each use for individuals, and once or twice a week for professionals.

Note: Bars with Cerakote coatings are less concerned, because they are extremely resistant to corrosion and rust.

- Bearing oiling: Once or twice a year, it is essential to oil your bearings with a liquid oil so that they keep their fluidity.
