Free returns for orders placed before December 23rd

For any order placed between December 10th and 23rd with delivery in mainland France excluding Corsica and excluding Schenker shipments (bulky items), you have until January 31st, 2026 to submit your return request via the website. Simply add a comment to your request and ask for a prepaid return label.

Important: To benefit from this free return, do not pay for the return shipping yourself. You must request a prepaid return label from us.

All other return conditions remain valid.
