Adjustable Fill-Your-Own Kettlebell | NineStars®

The NineStars® Adjustable Kettlebell allows you to easily adjust its weight to suit your exercises and fitness level.

Thanks to its hollow design, it can be filled with water, sand or iron sand to achieve the desired weight. For quick and easy adjustment, filling with water is recommended, allowing you to set the weight between approximately 1 and 7 kg.

Once filled, the kettlebell is sealed with its secure cap. It can also be inflated using the pump provided to adjust its shape and firmness.
Its wide handle provides a comfortable grip for performing various muscle-strengthening, fitness and physical conditioning exercises: swings, squats, lifts, presses or functional exercises.

The kettlebell comes with all the accessories needed to prepare it: a funnel to make filling easier, an Allen key, a hand pump and a user guide.
