Installation instructions:

1. Boil water in a saucepan.
2. Plunge the mouthguard into the boiling water for 8 seconds. Do not exceed 8 seconds.
3. Secoueze it to remove excess water.
4. Once slightly cooled, place it in your mouth and adjust it until it feels comfortable.
5. Gently grind it so that it perfectly takes the shape of your teeth.

Repeat steps 1 to 5 if the fit is not precise.

Care instructions:

• Clean the mouthguard with cold water or use an antiseptic mouthwash.
• Do not use toothpaste, detergents or other cleaning products.
• Clean the mouthguard box with warm water and a small amount of antiseptic-based mouthwash.
• Rinse thoroughly and dry before storing the mouthguard in its box.
