The half rack, or half rack, is ideally designed for home training. Its practical small size offers easy movement and optimization of your weight training space.
Very resistant, this rack ensures stability and safety during your training. The bar supports are adjustable to different heights to adapt to your exercises: in the high position for squats for example.

The legs of the structure are pre-drilled so that they can be fixed to the ground.
