This set includes 3 plyoboxes made of EVA foam, with a resistant vinyl coating. Offers plyometric training for all levels and all powers and allows the work of relaxation and explosiveness, but also of the entire muscle chain.

To increase the difficulty, all you have to do is stack the additional plyoboxes and connect them with their Velcro strips.
