The Olympic bar football offers 3 different handle positions, with a fairly wide arm position, an intermediate position, and a tight one. The tightest position features 75° angled grips.

The different grips offer an ideal space to go from a tight grip to a wider grip, and therefore allows you to adapt your work according to the muscle you want to target (triceps, pecs, etc.).
