Once assembled, the NineStars® structure is self-supporting.

Cage components:

• Platform height 30 or 50 cm.
• Fixings WITHOUT SCREWS.
• 8 galvanized steel pillars (self-supporting, possibility of splitter on floor).
• 8 standard-height competition panels, including 1 with door.
• Cage door locking system included.
• 8 corner protectors made up of two parts (inside-outside cage) so they can be easily changed according to events (different sponsors for example).
• Unrollable mat for a complete one-piece surface once assembled.

Specifics of the structure:

• Structure reinforced with EU-standard powder-coated galvanized steel.
• Panel height of 1800 mm competition standard.
• High-quality foam + micro Leather scratch coating on each side of the panel (top, tray, right, left).
• The scratch coating allows for regular changes (adapt colors, event, etc...).
• Total thickness (with foam and coating): 980 mm.
• Frame-welded mesh. Specially designed for extreme absorption.
• Interlocked mesh (no risk of unsoldering, or breakage) with a thickness of 48 mm.
• Distance between mesh nodes 80 mm.

Mat specifications:

• Lightweight, firm XPE foam surface.
• Qualitative mat density 50 kg/m3.
• Measures 350 mm thick.
• Uniform and easily mountable/dismountable.
