Water & Air punching bag - Water-Air, Super Pro

This Super Pro punching bag is filled with individual water and air compartments. This innovation will offer you an intense training experience thanks to the close to real impacts: when striking, the effect of the water will give you a unique experience.

The water ensures an even distribution, which means that the punching bag has the same hardness everywhere. The water also provides the right weight, which makes the bag very stable during training. Punching against water also gives a real feeling.
It should also be remembered that the impact of a punch or kick is absorbed much more gradually, which considerably reduces the risk of joint injuries.

This bag is made up of 3 elements: a high quality outer bag, a thick double compartment that fills with water and air.
The advantage of the water compartment is that you only need to fill the punching bag with water at home.
