This timer developed by NineStars features a dual timer, stopwatch, and cadence meter. It's equipped with a powerful buzzer of up to 100,100 dB, adjustable at will.

You can start your workout with a programmable warm-up time, then activate the timer for the duration of your workout. You can also have the timer beep at the same time as your timer for exercises requiring the repetition of a gesture or sequence at a regular frequency (bag kicking, skipping, etc...).

Using the timer is intuitive and easy to get to grips with, equipped with an adjustable rotary knob , and two "Start", "Stop", and "Reset" buttons.
