Follow the procedure below regardless of the boiling process.

Fitting instructions :

Step 1: Fill a pan with 3 to 4 inches of water. Bring to the boil.
Step 2: Remove the water from the heat source. Let the water stand for 30 seconds, then place the mouthguard in the water for 60 seconds. Do not exceed 60 seconds.
Step 3 : Carefully remove the mouthguard from the hot water with a slotted spoon.
Step 4: Cool the mouthguard under running water for 1-2 seconds.
Step 5: Lick your lips before placing the mouthguard in your mouth.
Step 6: Align the mouthguard with the centre line of your teeth. Adjust the mouthguard over and around the upper teeth (lower teeth for Gravity 2 STC) and press firmly on the molars first, then on the front teeth.
Step 7: Close your mouth and bite down hard on the mouth guard. Aspirate strongly. Use your fingers to press the edges of the mouthguard against the teeth.
Step 8: Remove the mouthguard from the mouth and immerse it completely in the cup containing ice and cold water - allow it to cool for 2 minutes. Replace the mouthguard in the mouth and check that it fits properly.

Repeat steps 1 to 8 if the adjustment is not accurate.

Care instructions :

• Clean the mouthguard with cold water or use an antiseptic mouthwash.
• Do not use toothpaste, detergents or other cleaning products.
• Clean the mouthguard box with warm water and a small amount of antiseptic mouthwash.
• Rinse thoroughly and dry before storing the mouthguard in its box.
