Follow the procedure below regardless of the boiling process.

Fitting instructions :

Step 1: Fill a pan with 3 to 4 inches of water. Bring to the boil.
Step 2: Remove the water from the heat source. Let the water stand for 30 seconds, then place the mouthguard in the water for 60 seconds. Do not exceed 60 seconds.
Step 3 : Carefully remove the mouthguard from the hot water with a slotted spoon.
Step 4: Cool the mouthguard under running water for 1-2 seconds.
Step 5: Lick your lips before placing the mouthguard in your mouth.
Step 6: Align the mouthguard with the centre line of your teeth. Adjust the mouthguard over and around the upper teeth (lower teeth for Gravity 2 STC) and press firmly on the molars first, then on the front teeth.
Step 7: Close your mouth and bite down hard on the mouth guard. Aspirate strongly. Use your fingers to press the edges of the mouthguard against the teeth.
Step 8: Remove the mouthguard from the mouth and immerse it completely in the cup containing ice and cold water - allow it to cool for 2 minutes. Replace the mouthguard in the mouth and check that it fits properly.

Repeat steps 1 to 8 if the adjustment is not accurate.

Care instructions :

• Clean the mouthguard with cold water or use an antiseptic mouthwash.
• Do not use toothpaste, detergents or other cleaning products.
• Clean the mouthguard box with warm water and a small amount of antiseptic mouthwash.
• Rinse thoroughly and dry before storing the mouthguard in its box.

Instrucciones de instalación :

Paso 1 : Llene una olla con 5 a 10 cm de agua. Llevar a ebullición.
Paso 2 : Retirar el agua de la fuente de calor. Deje reposar el agua durante 30 segundos, y luego coloque el protector bucal en el agua durante 60 segundos. No sobrepase los 60 segundos.
Paso 3 : Retire con cuidado el protector bucal del agua caliente con una espumadera.
Paso 4 : Enfríe el protector bucal bajo el chorro de agua durante 1-2 segundos.
Paso 5 : Lámete los labios antes de colocarte el protector bucal en la boca.
Paso 6 : Alinee el protector bucal con la línea central de sus dientes. Ajuste el protector bucal sobre y alrededor de los dientes superiores (dientes inferiores para Gravity 2 STC) y presione firmemente sobre los molares primero, y luego sobre los dientes delanteros.
Paso 7 : Cierra la boca y muerde con fuerza el protector bucal. Chupar con fuerza. Utilice los dedos para presionar los bordes del protector bucal contra los dientes.
Paso 8 : Retire el protector bucal de la boca y sumérjalo completamente en el vaso que contiene hielo y agua fría; déjelo enfriar durante 2 minutos. Vuelva a colocar el protector bucal en la boca y compruebe que se ajusta correctamente.

Repita los pasos 1 a 8 si el ajuste no es preciso.

Instrucciones de mantenimiento :

• Limpie el protector bucal con agua fría o utilice un enjuague bucal antiséptico.
• No utilice pasta de dientes, detergentes u otros productos de limpieza.
• Limpie la caja del protector bucal con agua tibia y una pequeña cantidad de enjuague bucal antiséptico.
• Enjuague bien y seque antes de guardar el protector bucal en su caja.
