Ideally suited for many martial arts styles including taekwondo, karate, wing chun and kung fu among many others.
Perfect for offensive strikes including inside/outside leg kicks, groin strikes, classic kicks/punches, elbow strikes and knee strikes. This very complete dummy allows you to work on targeted areas.
The BOB torso and head improve the situation, this combo allows for precision work and the added arms increase the realistic feel during training.
Practice blocking, deflecting and defensive redirection.
The weighted base with sand fill (not included) provides additional stability.
