All Terrain Wooden Mannequin, MP10 | ShenLong®

The Mannequin de Bois MP10 ShenLong® has been designed to adapt to all training environments. Thanks to its reinforced metal plate measuring 80 x 80 x 1 cm, it can be placed on all types of floor: sand, beach, gravel, grass, tatami or parquet. Its stable, weighted base keeps it perfectly in place, without any additional fixings.
It's important to note, however, that although it can be used outdoors, it's an acacia wood dummy. To preserve its durability and avoid any deterioration, it is recommended to store it away after each use and not to leave it exposed to the elements or direct summer sun (any violent variation in wood temperature can cause serious damage).

• Wood species: Acacia (相思木), renowned for its strength, high density and resistance to repeated impact.
• Trunk diameter: 20 to 22 cm, perfectly suited to strikes, parries and control exercises.
• Total weight: 115 kg, guaranteeing optimal stability during fast, powerful sequences.

Structure and Dimensions

• Total height: 160 cm (standard size suitable for most practitioners).
• Upper arms: length 30 cm, available in several heights to match the user's morphology.
• Lower arms: positioned 30 cm below the upper arms, at a height of 90 cm.
• Reinforced metal base: 80 x 80 x 1 cm, with tripod system and suspensions to absorb impacts and offer all-terrain stability.

Comfort and Safety

• Protective foam included, ideal for cushioning impacts during first sessions and reducing the risk of injury.
• Suspension system allowing a slight elastic return, simulating the resistance of a real opponent.

• 130 cm : recommended for people from 1m60 to 1m75
• 135 cm: recommended for people from 1m70 to 1m85
• 140 cm: recommended for people over 1m85

This mannequin is said to be "All Terrain" thanks to its stable metal base, which allows installation both indoors and outdoors. It is perfectly suited :
