The thickness of 4 cm allows a better shock absorption during falls. If your sport or activity doesn't imply frequent falls such as judo, you can choose a thiner mat (we also supply 2 cm and 2.5 cm mat).
Jagged border allows an easy and very quick casing and dismantling, also prevent slippage.
