The Ski Erg Concept 2 realistically reproduces cross-country skiing movements, both classic and skating style, thanks to a smooth, adjustable air resistance system. It effectively engages arms, shoulders, back, abs, glutes, and legs, improving power, endurance, and coordination.

Equipped with the PM5 console, it provides accurate performance tracking (time, distance, stroke rate, calories) and is suitable for both intensive training and rehabilitation. Compact and durable, it can be wall-mounted for optimal space saving.
