Cryo & Arnica massage gel - Cold treatment, Kinésoins
This "cryo" and arnica gel is perfect for urgent care such as shocks or for recovery after exercise. Thanks to its icy cold sensation, it relaxes and soothes the area, while providing an effect of lightness.
The gel designed to be easily absorbed by massaging, and acts deeply.
Application :
*For shocks/contusions, immediately apply the gel to the impacted area and massage circularly with light movements. It is strongly recommended to repeat this action several times in the first hour following the shock. Then continue up to 4 times a day.
*For sensitive joints, tendons or muscles, also massage with circular movements up to 4 times a day. This will allow you to act in depth and relieve the area to regain comfort and mobility.
*It is also possible to reinforce the effectiveness of the arnica gel using an occlusive wrap (stretch film or light, damp bandage). This will promote the penetration of active ingredients and boost the cryo effect. Leave the bandage for 30 minutes then massage to penetrate the excess gel.
*If you want an even more icy effect, keep the bottle in the refrigerator.
