This wooden dummy can be fixed directly to your walls thanks to its metal plate.
This dummy can be used for training at home or in a dojo, depending on the location.
It is preferable to fix this dummy on a concrete wall because of its weight (screws provided to fix the bracket)

This dummy is ideal for Wing Chun and Kung Fu training.

• learn to parry armed attacks (swords, nunchaku)
• apprehend the placement of the strokes
• stimulate the upper limbs (thanks to the 3 upper junctions) and the lower limbs (thanks to the lower junction).
