Standard complete cage is 400 cm x 250 cm, on a height of 270 cm for the height of the bars of attachment of the punching bags.

The width and length can be completely modified (longer, wider) according to your needs, the structure is adapted to the space you wish to devote to the professional frame.

Halfway between a bag rack and a cross-training cage, suspension ropes or resistance elastics can be attached to the uprights for muscle strengthening.

Constructed of reinforced steel, it is capable of holding a total of 6 punching bags up to 180 cm (45-90 kg per bag).

Split on the ground, it resists to an intensive training with several athletes even with sustained and regular sessions.

We can adapt a sliding rail on the structure to quickly put the punching bags in place, or store them if the day's session does not include punching. The access to the cage becomes entirely dedicated to cross-training and weight training.

This cage can be embellished with a second section, added to the first one, doubling the surface.
