Rope with a projectile suitable for the practice of "Shen Biao" (projectile called "rope and javelin"). Belongs to the soft weapon category (the flexible term for a weapon whose size varies during use).

Stainless steel hammer with a pear shape and a flat base for maximal impact, 7.5cm height and diameter 3cm and a weight of about 285gr. Connected by a ring to a thick braided cotton rope, about 4m long and 6-7mm diameter.
