Gymbar with resistance bands, Sveltus

This Gymbar is an ideal element for training at home. Made of a bar and two resistance bands, this accessory works all major muscle groups with resistance that improves strength, balance, posture, coordination and endurance. The straps at the end of the elastics, allow the passage of the feet and the hands, in order to vary the possibilities of exercises.
