This punching bag is designed to improve your uppercuts and kicks! Its conical shape at the top creates the ideal angle for perfecting kicks/uppercuts.

It's made with high-strength vinyl on the outside and high-strength, impact-resistant foam on the inside.
The base is filled with sand or water and is rounded for easy movement The bag weighs approximately 123 kg when filled.

Marked impact zones allow for varied and creative workouts.
