The knee brace can be used in almost all sports and it is in fact very appreciated by athletes for its protective properties that avoid micro tears and micro cracks, but it also relieves joint pain, ligament pain and inflammation of muscle tissue. They will also be used for relief and prevention for practitioners who have had old cruciate ligaments, for example.
Thanks to its shape and its elastic fabric that follows the shape of the body (not adjustable, but ergonomic) and exerts a slight pressure during the effort as for the compression pants, the blood circulation is favored and the body benefits from a better venous return. Well oxygenated, muscle tissue recovers more quickly and the feeling of muscle fatigue is reduced after a sports session even intense.
