This headlamp has 4 white LEDs, ideal for nighttime environments and red LEDs for darkness or for wildlife observation at dusk.
The red light allows your eyes to get used to the darkness and to dazzle you less than a white light, and you will have less difficulty perceiving your environment during your runs. Train while keeping your hands free.
Autonomy of 5 hours maximum and adjustable elastic with a clip.

Requires: 3x AAA battery
