Dai
Protective coating to be applied to the handles of "short weapons" (such as sabers, swords, double hooks, etc.).
This coating improves the grip of the hand, reducing the risk of slipping. It also prevents the appearance of blisters and irritation caused by skin rubbing against wooden or metal handles.
This coating is sponge-like (similar to the texture of a carpet), originally designed for use on tennis rackets, badminton rackets, and similar sports.
