Routines Nan Quan


Les démonstrations présentées dans ce VCD sont des routines de la boxe traditionnelle du Sud (Nan Quan) et conformes aux spécifications pour les compétitions internationales, y sont présentées un grand nombre de positions, des techniques de main, ... Ces routines sont reconnues comme étant les plus représentatives de la forme de boxe du Sud.

International Routine Contest of Southern Styled Sparring


The demonstration presented in this VCD is a routine based on traditional southern boxing forms (Nan Quan) designed to meet the specific requirements of official competition for this discipline. The routine featured in this VCD display substantial content including a large number of stances and hand techniques as well as roaring techniques. This particular routine has been acknowledged as one of the most representative one for southern boxing practice.

The routine is demonstrated by Guo Yufeng, the nationwide gold medal winner of the Chinese Traditional Martial Arts Competition.
