Feihong Nan Quan Er Lu


Huang Feihong est un maître réputé, ancien disciple du maître Hongquan (fin de la dynastie Qing et début de la République Populaire de Chine). La routine n°2 (ou enchaînement n°2) de la boxe de Feihong (Feihong Quan) porte sur la respiration, les sons, ou l'entraînement à la puissance par le travail sur le qi et le son. Aussi, cette forme de la boxe insiste sur le maintien d'une position au sol ferme, en prenant racine avec un corps droit et élégant. De plus, étude de 3 formes de poussée du poing et de projection de la puissance : application rapide de la force, application de la force sur courte distance et enfin application rapide de la force.

Démonstration par Chen Nian'en, entraîneur en chef de l'équipe de Wushu de Brunei, et du gymnase de Wushu Huang Feihong, 4eme successeur de Huang Feihong.

Feihong Nan Quan Er Lu


Huang Feihong is a famous master of Hongquan master at the period of the late of Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China. The Routine Two of Feihong Quan is a primary boxing to practice making sounds and breath, so as to practice power by sound and qi. This boxing stresses to firm stance on the ground as taking root with straight and elegant body form. There are three forms of thrusting fist and applying power: apply force rapidly, apply force in a short distance and apply force at even speed.
