Puzzle tatami mat, reversible and nestable, made of high quality EVA foam. Anti slippery T pattern, and smooth enough for grappling workout and projections.

Can be used for martial arts, combat sports and any other activity that require a protected area. The thickness of 4.5cm allows a better shock absorption during falls. If your sport or activity doesn't imply frequent falls such as judo, you can choose a thiner mat (we also supply 4 and 2.5cm mat).

On each side, the T pattern serrated surface provides a very good grip and very good anti-slippery properties in all directions (unlike grooved or flat surfaces). Jagged border allows an easy casing and dismantling.
